What is the Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Abroad? Different universities have different eligibility criteria for MBBS abroad. However, there are some requirements common to all courses, mentioned below in this eligibility checklist: Age: The student should be 17 years old or turning 17 by the 31st of December of the yearof admission. Academic Qualifications: Indian students should hold a Secondary School Certificate (SSC)qualification in all three Science subjects, namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Eligibility: Students must have a minimum of 70% in all three Science subjects, namely Physics,Chemistry and Biology. Students Pursuing Higher Secondary Education: Students who at the time of applying are inthe 12th grade are eligible for the programme under certain conditions. A conditional acceptanceletter is given to applicants who have scored 70% in all Science subjects in 10th and 11th grades.The condition will read that the student should have 70% and above in their CBSE or other boardexams. After the exams are taken, and the results are announced, the student’s acceptance maystand cancelled if they do not meet the 70% cut-off.
