1. Air India Express Commences Vijayawada Mumbai Flights Air India Express –India’s first international low cost carrier launched the non-stop services between Vijayawada and Mumbai. As announced, Air India Express inaugurated direct flights between Vijayawada and Mumbai on 19th January 2018. The airline will operate direct Vijayawada Mumbai flights on every Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The Air India Express flight IX 213 departed from Vijayawada Airport at 10.30 AM, carrying 98 passengers to Mumbai. The flight landed at Mumbai International Airport at 12.10 PM while the return flight to Vijayawada departed at 8 AM and arrived at 9.45 AM.
