TIMACS is the FEMA IT ordering and billing system for IT services and equipment (i.e. mobile wireless service, data or voice service, IT/telecom equipment, etc)
3. TIMACS Account Creation All TIMACS users are approved by the TSC Supervisor and are managed by the TIMACS Administrator
To request a TIMACS account, the Regional IT coordinator must email fema-tsc@dhs.gov along with a justification, the users name and email address.

The user must have access to the FEMA network to use TIMACS.

Delivery Location Ensure the address is correct to ensure proper routing of service or equipment. Incorrect addresses may delay the order.
