  1. Fix Canon printer offline issue

  2. Type "control panel" in the search bar and open the application.

  3. Find the "Hardware and Sound" option and click to open it.

  4. To view a list of devices and printers connected to your computer, click "Devices and Printers".

  5. You can see the Canon printer connected to your computer here, right-click on the canon printer and click "see what's going on".

  6. A drop-down menu will open, click on the "Printer" tab at the top. Uncheck the "Use printer offline" option.

  7. After making all the changes, click "cancel all documents" and reconnect the barrel printer
