Ashfield Girls’ High SchoolA Specialist School for ICT Staff Absence Statistics (1) • Enables us to look at absence patterns of individual staff and allows us to make arrangements to minimise effects • Enables us to look at other planned staff commitments i.e. school visits, training etc to minimise these staff missing further days and allows us to prevent these staff missing the same days (data examined each fortnight or monthly)
Ashfield Girls’ High SchoolA Specialist School for ICT Staff Absence Statistics (2) • Enables us to look at overall planned Staff Development commitments e.g. training, exam boards etc and allows us to plan and rationalise training, SDD etc. for the following year (data examined each term or half yearly)
Ashfield Girls’ High SchoolA Specialist School for ICT Why use digital portfolios? Class Summaries • Enables us to look at which staff have missed certain classes and allows us to place subject specialists in these classes from rota or subs to minimise disruption (fortnightly)
