  1. Eye Care Tips Eyes are one of the most important organs in the human body and vision is one of the most wonderful gifts. But often many people neglect the importance of eye care and do not pay proper attention towards eye care. Common Eye Care Tips: Get your eye checked regularly once in 6 months from an ophthalmologist. Wear sunglasses (UV protective)while gain out ( it eyes exposed to sun) Regularly eating these foods that are rich in protective nutrients and antioxidants you can help maintain good eye health and potentially prevent some troubling eye conditions such as macular degeneration and glaucoma Clean your hands and your contact lenses properly. To avoid the risk of infection, always wash your hands thoroughly before putting in or taking out your contact lenses. Make sure to disinfect contact lenses as instructed and replace them as appropriate. Eye care for Computer Users This is a digital era where Computer, TV, Mobile Phone is the basic necessity for every human being, besides its good effect there are side lined ill effect which need to be given attention one of the most important ill effect that it harms your eyes! Following are the tips for vision care, Eye health care and Eye beauty Dip a cotton pad in a cup of water overnight. Strain this in the morning and add 1 cup of plain water to this. Splash the eyes with this water or wash them with the help of an eyecup. Splash the eyes with a weak and very liter tea solution, thoroughly strained and cooled for 2 to 3 minutes. Limit your time looking at computer, tablet, and phone screens if possible. Make sure that your eyes are level with the screen. Looking up or down at a computer screen for long periods of time can put extra strain on your eyes. Position your computer and yourself so that you are looking straight at the screen. Follow the 20-20-20 rule when you are working on a computer. 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
