Committee 12 – 14 local ag females invited, mix of farmers and ag professionals, facilitator leads and local CEED takes notes 1 hr start to finish over noon hour provide lunch Well defined agenda in invitation letter, adhered to in meeting Fully prepared to walk out with instructor names and 4-6 registrations
