What were the things that helped us become leaders? • Leadership training, team work experience, budgeting process, • Organizational accountability, group/team coordination • Meeting industry leaders, provided opportunity to excel in own business and job • Helped with taking initiatives in setting and achieving goals, organizational achievement and productivity

Current Methods of Selection of Division Director and - Elect Nomination/Selection/Election ( by Division); Approval by Board A- Divisions look for viable candidates, B- Divisions also follow some kind of succession list C- Some Divisions use EXPO chairs/ speakers as candidates to offer leadership positions D- What is the success/failure rate of the effort???
