  2. This refers to the deck of the swimming pool. Resurfacing often solves practical & aesthetics issues. A good example of pool resurfacing is pressure washing the deck, laying down sealant, letting the sealant dry, pressure washing it again & then laying down a second coat of sealant.   3. RE-PLASTERING Cosmetics change to the walls of a pool.    Re-plastering should typically be done every 7 to 12 years. When a pool gets plastered, the pool itself gets drained & the walls of the pool get re-surfaced. Copyright @ Authentic Plaster & Tiles
