It depends who you are. If you're an employee, which would be most people, you typically just need to provide a pay slip and a driver's license so we can verify your income, your employer and who you are. If it's a company or a sole trader / self-employed type of application, it can be anything from two years worth of financials and tax returns through to a low doc or a no doc loan, depending on who you are and what product you qualify for.
