  1. BIIT Basic Computer Course In East Delhi BIIT, under the aegis CEA Pvt Ltd provides training of all the basic computer courses in east delhi to advance. DOEACC Scheme NIELIT 'O' level course is equivalent to a Foundation Level Course in Computer Applications. Students can obtain this qualification by completing this course and passing the NIELIT assessment. The Ministry of Human Resource Development of India recognises the NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification as a one-year certification programme. The certification is equivalent to foundation level courses in Computer Applications and is offered through the NIELIT/DOEACC Scheme. The Computer Society of India (CSI) and the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) jointly organise the qualifying test for the NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification (NIELIT). Candidates with an NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification are eligible for Central Government employment prospects.
