Strengthens The Heart Exercising regularly enhances the muscles of heart and makes them strong and efficient. This in turn reduces the chances of heart diseases. Reduces Blood Sugar Levels Being actively involved in physical activities triggers muscles to take up more energy. This prevents sugar from accumulating into blood. Increases Concentration  Exercising keeps a kid physically active which in turn helps in improving mental focus and cognitive skills.  Controls Weight  Regular exercising helps in controlling and maintaining weight.
