AFTER COOLER FAN DRIVE ASSEMBLY BSSPL is renowned for its flexibility and reliability in supplying products to customers duly adopting cutting edge technology of CAD/CAM using advance computerized machinery for repeatability and high accuracy. The castings are produced using the green sand process, which are normally produced by expensive processes like forging, shell moulding or investment castings. We have produced high-value, critical centrifugal castings and chilled shell moulded casting, which are used in high power and performance engines of locomotive and marine. BEARINGS & BUSHES PARTS We deal in Bimetal Bearings and Bushings, Trimetal Bearings, Half Bearing Copper Lead, Bimetallic Bushing, Cast Aluminium Bushing, Main Flange Bearing, bushings, and thrust washers for locomotives, engines, pumps, compressors, turbochargers, and reciprocating and rotating machinery. The Bimetal / Trimetal bearings and bushings are manufactured by centrifugal casting and sintering with equipped manufacturing and the latest testing facilities, enabling us to produce bearings and bushes of exceptional strength.

  5. BELLOWS, CONNECTORS & COUPLINGS Bellows used in Exhaust Manifold are made from AISI Grade 321 Austenitic Stainless Steel Sheet with 4 Plies and 3 Convolutions according to EJMA Standard. This grade of steel contains Titanium which withstands very high temperatures and is less corrosive and prevents premature failure so that Bellows give correct expansion and contraction with satisfactory life cycle. CAMSHAFTS & CAMSEGMENTS PARTS BSSPL specialized in dealing with Camshafts & Camsegments for ALCO Locomotive engines which will meet American, European, and German standards and are OEM equivalent with best quality, Best Performance, and Real Value product.

CONNECTING ROD BSSPL specialized in dealing with Connecting Rod, Bolt & Nut, Kit and Connecting Rod Assembly as per the requirement of our respected customers which will meet American, European, and German standards along with OEM equivalent quality standards resulting in the Best Quality, Best Performance, and Real Value product. CYLINER LINER The liners are typically manufactured from cast iron in grades FG20 to FG55. Our developed liners are centrifugally cast cylinder liners manufactured with alloy cast iron. All cylinder liners Inside bore diameter and its surface finish are finely ground and bore machined to the last micron for that unique finish through a highly evolved process for the wear and tear, anti-galling, optimal durability and resistance to scuffing and extended life.
