SONLOK 3638 is a fast curing; high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical ?tting parts particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.25mm (0.01”). SONLOK 3638 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when con?ned in the absence of air between close ?tting metal surfaces. Applications: • Ideal to ?ll gaps up to 0.25 mm (0.01”) diameter clearance. • Maximum strength at room temperature. • Used for locking bushings and sleeves into housings and on shafts. • Excellent retaining, sealing and thread locking compound. SONLOK 3641 is a medium viscosity; medium strength anaerobic bearing compound for 0 continuous working temperatures up to 300 F. Applications: • Ideal to ?ll gaps up to 0.008” diameter clearance. • High performance, controlled strength, versatile bearing compound. • Used for ?ttings bearings, bushes and oil seals. Ideal for cylindrical parts that require disassembly. Permits sliding ?t and eliminates distortion. • Excellent retaining, sealing and thread locking compound.
