  2. OUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES Bodyzone is the only gym in Tricity to offer 100 group fitness classes a month which includes Bhangra, Zumba, Salsa, Spinning, Yoga, Bollywood & Aerobics. With 5 varying classes a day, you’ll always find one to suit your schedule and preference. If you are a beginner to working out and don’t have much knowledge of exercise routines, there is absolutely no need to worry. Our group classes are a great way to get started with exercising and build your confidence at the start. Once you’ve established a good foundation, you can then take your personal health and fitness journey in any direction you choose. With the exception of Salsa, all group classes are included in your membership price.

BHANGRA BAs well as being great fun, the Bhangra beats aerobic dance requires continuous rhythmic body movements which will get your heart rate up, strengthen your lungs and exercise all major muscle groups in the body. This makes it a fantastic full-body workout, and you’ll burn 500-700 calories before you realize it!

  4. SALSA In Salsa and Zumba, coordination is very important as all of the limbs need to constantly move in different directions. As you repeatedly practice, you will find that your coordination vastly improves and you will gain a lot more comfort being in physical movement. Both of these dances are incredibly rewarding experiences!

  5. BODY SCULPTING THE CELEBRITY GYM This is a non-aerobic class all about muscle toning. The focus is on core strength, and most of our body sculpting classes make use of weight bars, exercise bands and dumbbells. You will perform traditional weighttraining exercises under professional supervision within the motivating environment of a group class.

  6. SPINNING Our spinning studio is exclusive to the region! Whether you’re a keen cyclist seeking performance gains or a beginner looking to lose weight, spinning will be perfect for you. Just 45 minutes of spinning will burn a massive 1000 calories. In our spinning classes, you will find all sorts of people – different ages, genders, lifestyles and goals. Don’t hesitate to join one, all are welcome!
