How Mobile Physiotherapy Enhances Convenience and Accessibility We help children, teens, an d young-adults reach their full potential through goal- setting, a family-centred approach, and targeted physiotherapy interventions. Brave Bodies provides NDIS physiotherapy services to plan-managed and self- managed participants in the South-West of Western Australia from Busselton to Margaret River. We are a mobile physiotherapy provider with a keen interest in children, teens, and young-adults. We offer physiotherapy services to plan-managed and self- managed participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Our aim is to provide a high quality and evidence-based service to a small number of clients, ensuring high quality of care. Our Services: Initial assessments inclusive of formal outcome measures if requested Aquatic Physiotherapy Home Exercise Programs Community based therapy provision – day care, school, community parks, local pool, home etc. Assistance in reasonable and necessary assistive technology such as bikes/ trikes, prosthetics and orthotics, specialist footwear, walkers, standing frames etc. Report writing Upskilling of support staff, therapy assistants and family members within the scope of Physiotherapy to safely mange unique manual handling and exercise challenges. co-ordinating

Our Process Our physiotherapy service entails; a thorough initial assessment, goal setting, multidisciplinary team meetings with you or your child’s other Allied Health providers, liaison with your treating medical team whether locally or specialist- based services in Perth and identifying assistive technology needs inclusive of prosthetics or orthotics, bikes or trikes, specialist footwear, walkers, standing frames etc. through our network of local and Perth based-providers who we have experience in working alongside. After your initial assessment we agree upon a treatment plan, implement a home exercise program, and have face-to-face appointments at your home, in your daycare/ school, or in your local community (pools and/ or parks) - with the option of teletherapy where appropriate. Who We Can See Our focus is to provide therapy for children, teenagers, and young-adults. However, we are open to seeing adults on a case-by-case basis. Please note we are not a registered NDIS provider and therefore cannot provide services to NDIA managed participants. We service plan and self-managed participants only. We comply with all obligations set out by the NDIS for non- registered providers and have our NDIS worker’s screening checks. For more information about Psychologist Busselton and visit Brave Bodies
