  1. Brett Parker SAP -The benefits of integrating IoT into our daily lives • What is the internet of things? There is more and more talk about the impact of the Internet of the Things (IoT) on our lives. Also about its effect on the labor market and, of course, the business one. • Now how many really know what IoT is? • How many people would know how to define it without fear of being wrong? Furthermore, how many would dare explain its operating mechanism? Something tells me that probably quite a few. For all these reasons, I suggest starting with the definitions ... • The Internet of Things (IoT), is a network where objects that are used in everyday life are connected via the Internet, through the sensors installed in the objects, the capture, storage and management of data is carried out to convert them into information with which can make better decisions and automate activities and processes.

  2. Today the cost of connecting is less, so the possibilities of increasing the number of things connected to create smart grids anywhere and any activity are immediate. This technology is already used in various areas such as cars, animals, planes and social security, among others, in various parts of the world, where it is seen in a significant way how activities and benefits are facilitated for people and companies. Some IoT cases are already working and have started to show results and others are in pilot tests, but they will surely make life easier for many. Let's see some examples of what the Internet of Things already does in everyday life.

  3. The IoT, internet of things, is the technology capable of converting any inert object into intelligent (the famous smart, in English), giving it its own (virtual) identity, as well as the ability to empathize, communicate and interact with other objects. and, of course, with us. IoT devices and applications IoT devices and IoT applications allow us to connect the physical to the digital world. They manage to make many of the things that we had only seen in the movies come true. All this is possible thanks to the sensors connected to the Internet, without a doubt, the central axis of this technology. The IoT, Internet of Things, is the technology capable of converting any inert object into intelligent, giving it its own (virtual) identity - Brett Parker SAP
