About us:- We believe strongly in the power of group therapy and have a robust and growing array of group therapy offerings using various evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) and Harm-Reduction Techniques. Please note, all group therapy sessions are conducted via Telehealth during this public health emergency.
