THIS IS A TRUE STORY INDIAN REAL ESTATE FORUM EXPOSED IREF is owned by Housing.com This video is in Interest of Public Awareness and due Justice
Indian Real Estate Forum (owned by housing.com) caught red-handed while deliberately maligning a real estate company.
Expose By : Ice n Pebbles www.icenpebbles.com
There was a comment on IREF(www.indianrealestateforum.com) about a real estate developer XYZ. (real name hidden)
PROOF 1 of tampering Changing the main title of thread (article) six times in 2 months
Titles were being changed six times as below in 2 month period. 1. Do not buy Plot from XYZ Developers 2. Be Careful with XYZ Developers 3.My experience with XYZ Developers (became mild after raising the pitch in mail) 4.XYZ Developers Beware - Read my story (back again) 5.XYZ Developers - Terrible Experience (On showing them police complaint copy, they made the comment more aggressive to this to show brazenness) 6.XYZ Developers - Indian Real Estate Forum Title of thread cannot be changed once set as the entire thread can lose relevance. But in this case none other but the moderator of IREF was changing the title – defaming the company in each change. This was duly accepted by him.
PROOF 2 of tampering Running a Google Adwords campaign 24x7 on the same comment.
The adwords campaign that IREF ran on the negative thread despite multiple request to not do in tens of mail exchanges. They became very aggressive when a police complaint copy was sent to them and started running this ad even for general searches of customers such as ‘Plots in Pune', 'Land for sale in Pune', etc.
PROOF 3 of tampering Acceptance of their CEO over mail to stop the google ads
Below acceptance clearly indicates they IREF was in full control of the adwords campaign they were running. When they were confronted they duly accepted stopping the same.
PROOF 4 of tampering They refused to remove the comment. They were finally confronted in their office and the moderator had no option but to remove the comment after initially refusing to do so. Moderator verbally accepted multiple times during 45 minute verbal fight that he used to change the comment of the thread.
What moderator said (There is due audio recording of the same) • “Main moderator hoonkuchhbhikarsaktaahoon” • “ Haan main change kartatha title ko”. • “Aapko title se problem haimaine title change kardiyahai.” (he had made the title a bit milder – removed the word “terrible experience” and put in something else) • And much more….
Impact of this mal-practice by IREF • - Comment appeared on 2nd position as below (Text which reveals information about the company (the first search result) has been removed) • The comment received 15000 more hits than other similar comments on their website per their own statistics. Loss of brand image and loss of revenues.
All the key investors of housing.com were approached and apprised of the misdeed. But they remained silent. They were Ashish Gupta <helion VC>,kartheem (qualcomm.com)ZishaanHayath, SuvirSujan (Nexuxvp) haresh@ivfa.com, RiteshBanglani (Helion VC) Many mails were exchanged with the legal team of IREF. They have absolutely nothing to argue with and give same stereotyped reply which are lies. “That despite not being legally allowed they removed the comment in good faith” They really have nothing else to argue. No sorry, no due compensation given to the company.
Such unethical behavior can be damaging – to the real estate company as well as to the investors of that company who are planning to sell off their property. You can view the heated argument (in which moderator agreed to his misdeed and when the comment was eventually removed) that happened at the company at the below links www.icenpebbles.com/Indian_Real_Estate_Forum_Fraud_Video1.mp3 www.icenpebbles.com/Indian_Real_Estate_Forum_Fraud_Video2.mp3 Beware of such forums. Not all comments are genuine but such forums can extort money by resorting to such mal-practices. This video is in the interest of public awareness.
