  1. Tips To Crack The Math Section In Bank Exam

  2. Identify easy, medium and difficult questions Scan the question paper; sort the section into levels – Easy, Medium and Difficult questions. One must know the topics one is comfortable with. Only by practicing well, one can know which is time consuming and which good attempt is.

  3. Start with the easy questions First answer all the questions that you feel positive about. After solving the easy questions, attempt the medium ones and then go for the difficult ones that require some thought. Answering all the easy questions with a few difficult questions will help in clearing the sectional cut offs. Try not to make any careless mistakes on the 50 answers you were sure about.

  4. Don’t waste time in long calculations In a bank exam you have to solve 100 questions in 1 hour, doing long calculations will end up wasting your time. Continuous practicing of calculations & approximation techniques, percentage, ratio & proportion will help to increase your math’s calculation speed.

  5. Make sure you read all the information given on the question Read the question carefully.  Often there will be small hints in the question itself that can lead you to the answer.

  6. Stay Relaxed Make sure to stay relaxed during exams. Taking stress will make it even harder to solve the math’s questions. It’s just another exam, so take it that way.
