  5. *Collect necessary information about the person

  6. *List down people who will be involve in the intervention

  7. *Prepare effective strategy for the intervention

  8. *Choose the best time to conduct intervention

  9. *Find perfect place to conduct intervention

  10. MEETING

  11. Gather people that involves in the intervention *Discuss the plan regarding the intervention *People involve needs to understand the process and the current situation of the person *Intervention will work well with the help of people who cares for the person *It will show the care of the family towards the person *The willingness to help the person.

  13. *Help the person to seek the proper medication

  14. *Discuss the benefits of getting into treatment center

  15. *Prepare List of recommended rehab center

  16. SUPPORT

  17. Continues support for the Person *Continue to look the person after undergoing treatment *Encourage the person regularly *Keep tract of the person's journey *Remind the person of its previous achievement to keep motivated

  18. Remember: Make sure that there is an actual problem before conduct an Intervention, it is important to prepare a background check of the patient’s addiction behavior before offering Intervention. If the patients refuse to go treatment, the list you can do is by strongly encourage the person to think the treatment plan and clearly state that you will support him/her along the way.
