As she had the opportunity to provide care for a very diverse patient base at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she learned to respect a multi-dimensional approach to optimal health. As she believes that how you feel about a condition significantly impacts how a condition feels like to you, she always aims to explore the patient’s world carefully in order to navigate a satisfying, comfortable road to wellness. Inspired by the extraordinary balance of nature, Jewel aims to ” help you stay balanced through the dance of life” My name is Jewel Alfoure and I am blessed with one of the most rewarding jobs in the world! My journey to naturopathic medicine started as a part of my everyday life. I had the wonderful opportunity to grow up in different areas of one of the most beautiful places in the world: Africa. Watching the local traditions and learning what I later understood to be “ethnobotany” made my summers a constant adventure. Somewhere along the way, I got lost on that journey and I discovered the magic of Naturopathic medicine.
