Upcoming MG Cars Launching in 2023 Slew of new models slated for launch this year Air EV will become smallest EV to be sold in India Baojun to compete against the Kia Sonet and Tata Nexon MG Motors has quickly established a name for itself in India, arriving with the Hector back in 2019. Following the popular response of its first offering, the brand has quickly expanded its product lineup.

  3. Upcoming MG Euniq 7 MG unveiled its Euniq 7 fuel-cell MPV at the recently concluded 2023 Auto Expo. It is the first hydrogen-powered MPV to be sold globally. Visually, the Euniq 7 upfront gets a massive chrome grille flanked by headlights and LED DRLs while the bumper features large air intakes on either side. The side profile is quite simple except for the pronounced wheel arches and a slightly upward tapering window line. Moving to the rear, the MPV provides wraparound tail lights and an upright boot lid.

  4. Upcoming MG4 Hatchback Also showcased at the event by the British automaker was the new MG4 EV. Already on sale in Europe, the electric hatchback is underpinned by MG’s new Modular Scalable Platform. Sporting an aggressive design, the MG4 looks unique with its blanked-out front end with no grille and sculpted bonnet.The headlights and DRLs are all-LEDs with vertical fibre-optic stripes while the low beam and fog lamps are combined with the LED turning lights. The rear end features a light bar that runs the width of the car while the taillights have 172 LEDs each.

  5. Upcoming MG Baojun The MG Baojun SUV is expected to go on sale by the end of 2023 and will be positioned below the MG Hector. From the model seen on sale abroad, the vehicle's front is equipped with a low pair of headlights, a large grille, and LED DRLs. This SUVs interior is sporty and feature-packed thanks to the black theme and silver accents on the doors and console. A 7-inch LED touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto/Apple Car Play, climate control, a powered driver's seat, and twin front airbags can be found onboard this vehicle.).

  6. Last on this list is the MG Air EV, which will be the smallest car on sale in India. It will directly lock horns with the PMV Ea-Se which is another nano-car expected to go on sale in the country soon. It’ll be the second EV from MG Motors as it is expected to go on sale by Q1 of 2023. Similar to its global counterpart, the EV is most likely to be offered with two battery packs, a 17.3 kWh and 26.7 kWh.
