  3. Standing calf stretch  May be the pain occurred by tight calves that causes an inward movement in the knees.  Stand on the edge of a step and place left foot on the ground while keeping the ball on the right foot on the step.  Keeping your right heel drop below the step and hold it for 30 seconds.  Then switch sides at regular intervals. www.bodhizone.com

  4. IT band foam roller  Place a foam roller and lie on the right side, just below your right hip.  Then cross your left leg over the right leg and place it on the ground.  Place your right forearm on the ground while move your left foot up to roll down the side of your right thigh.  Then stop when the foam roller is above your right knee. www.bodhizone.com

Supine hamstring stretch  First lay on the floor and make your spine stable, most preferably in a doorway with your hips in line with the entryway.  Use alternative surface, make sure spine position remains unchanged as stretch your hamstring.  Keep your left leg straight out in front of you, pace your straight right leg on the door jam, keeping a small bend in the same knee.  Hold on for 10 to 15 slow deep breaths and switch sides. www.bodhizone.com

Figure four glute stretch  Lie on backwards and keep your feet on the floor, cross your right ankle over the left knee and grasp your both hands behind your left thigh.  Gently pull your left knee towards the chest slowly.  Repeat for the other end also.
