  2. Materials you’ll need: Wrapping paper Scissors Tape Ribbon or bow (optional) Step 1: Measure the wrapping paper Lay out the wrapping paper on a flat surface and place the book in the center. Cut enough wrapping paper so that it completely covers the book, with a little extra on each side. Step 2: Fold the wrapping paper Fold one side of the wrapping paper over the book and tape it down. Then, fold the other side over and tape it down as well. Make sure the edges of the paper meet in the center of the book. Step 3: Fold the ends Fold the top and bottom of the wrapping paper towards the center of the book, creating two triangular flaps. Fold each flap down and tape them in place. Step 4: Add a ribbon or bow (optional) To give your wrapped book a finished look, tie a ribbon or bow around it. You can also use a strip of wrapping paper as a ribbon. Step 5: Finish with a gift tag (optional) If you’re giving the book as a gift, add a gift tag with the recipient’s name on it. You can either tape the gift tag onto the wrapping paper or tie it onto the ribbon or bow. And there you have it! Your book is now beautifully wrapped and ready to be gifted or displayed.
