  2. Servicio de Control Posterior • Los servicios de control posterior son aquellos que se realizan con el objeto de efectuar la evaluación de los actos y resultados ejecutados por las entidades en la gestión de los bienes, recursos y operaciones institucionales.

  3. Los servicios de control posterior son realizados por los órganos del Sistema y se desarrollan de conformidad con la normativa técnica que emite la Contraloría en concordancia con estas Normas Generales, con el propósito de regular y estandarizar su proceso, etapas, características y responsabilidades, así como asegurar la uniformidad, efectividad y calidad del trabajo por parte del personal del Sistema y de los expertos que se haya contratado.
