SEBI conducted an investigation into the trading in the scrip of Shrestha Finvest Ltd [u2018Companyu2019]. SEBI observed that Mrs. Renu Bhushan, (Noticee no.1), Mr Bharath Bhushan, (Noticee no. 2) and Mr Brij Bhushan, Noticee no. 3 [Noticees] had dealt in the shares of SRL.
