2. Cynthia Spalding attended the Chaffey College and in 1993, she completed her Juris Doctorate from Western University College. After this, she cleared the bar exam in the first attempt and started her own law firm for advocating her clients, particularly, the unemployed and disabled workers.

3. Cynthia started her career in 1987 at the Paralegal Law Office of Norman Gillette. Later in 1994, she worked as an Associate Attorney for Spalding and Gerber. Until 2000, Cynthia worked as an Attorney Associate with Law Office of Thomas Spalding and subsequently became the Managing Partner along with Thomas Spalding, at Spalding & Spalding.

4. Since 2000, Cynthia Spalding is working as a Managing Partner at “The Law Office of Spalding & Spalding, PC”, which is a boutique independent law firm. She has represented over 1200 Worker’s Compensation Disability, Social Security Disability, and Bankruptcy cases.

5. Being an attorney, Cynthia Spalding has gained 23 years of experience. She is well versed with all the procedure of what it takes to fight for the rights of her clients and win their cases. She is excellent in writing and has impeccable management and good people skills. In addition to this, she also has civil and workers compensation trial experience.

6. Apart from this, Cynthia is a philanthropist and believes in charity. She does a lot of pro bono legal work. She likes to spend quality time with her family and donates to (arts/music/dance) lessons to her grand nieces and nephews/grandchildren. She is a voracious reader and a dog lover. She is also a loving wife and a proud grandmother.
