Snorkelling trip in Havelock Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) is one of the most popular tourist destinations to explore its dense marine flora and fauna. It has some world-class dive sites densely populated with numerous species of sea dwellers and coral reefs. Snorkelling is the best and most convenient way to explore the wide aquatic life of the Island. Sunset Trip timing: 11.30 am to 5.30 pm (till sunset) 3 points snorkelling The snorkelling trip starts at 11.30 am from our dive centre. We take you to Beach-3 Govind Nagar for the initial training session of snorkelling in the shallow waters. Our dive professionals train you and make you confident and comfortable with the activity. 1/3

2. Swimming is not a pre-requisite for snorkelling even nonswimmers can do it with the assistance of dive professionals. Tribe Gate: Upon completion of the training session, we transport you to the Tribe Gate dive site via a speed boat for your first point of snorkelling. Tribe Gate is an oval-shaped reef popular for multiple species of fishlife, sea anemones, and hard corals. The crystal clear water of the dive site allows us to witness schools of snappers, trevallies, barracudas, and many other species of fishlife. The activity lasts for 40 minutes and personal instructors assist nonswimmer guests during the activity. Juvis: The dive site is located on the shoreline of John Lawerence Island and approximately 3 kilometers from Govind Nagar beach-3. Juvis is popular for potato corals, small species of fishlife, and a variety of soft coral reefs. The calm water of the dive site is ideal for snorkelling activity and better water visibility allows one to witness reef sharks luck by chance. 40 minutes is the maximum time allocated for the activity. Lighthouse: It is the last point of your snorkelling trip in Havelock. The dive site is located a little far from Havelock Ferry station and lies in front of the Havelock lighthouse point. The dive site is known for soft corals, snappers, batfish, angelfish, pipefish, and other marine species. Snorkelling is super fun in calm and clear waters and 40 minutes are sufficient to make it a memorable experience. Mangrove Sightseeings You will get an opportunity to witness mangrove formations in a closer view during the trip. On the way to Nicolshan Island, you will love to see beautiful landscapes, scattered dense mangrove formations, Isolated Islands, plants and trees, and hidden wonders of nature. Our support staff will explain the history of uninhabited Islands and the importance of Mangroves to our nature. Nicolshan Island tour Snorkelling after the Juvis dive site, the boat will take you to explore one of the Virgin Islands of Havelock. The speed boat will take 30 minutes to reach the shoreline of Nicolshan Island. It is a completely Isolated Island and the views are worth mesmerising. We will stay for 30 minutes and let you explore multiple species of plants and vegetation on the Island. Lunch During the snorkelling trip, you will get a complimentary lunch veg or nonveg as per your choice. The lunch will be arranged at the white sandy beach of Nicolshan Island. Lunch Inclusions 1. After snorkelling at the Lighthouse you will watch the sunset, nature puts on a wonderful show you should not miss when the sun and sea meet together.
