Flash Air Dryer • The main function of Flash Air Dryer is to evaporate moisture from the raw material. • In briquetting machine if raw material’s moisture content is above 12% than we need to dry the raw material first and then we can feed into briquetting machine. • We are offering super quality of dryer machine through which we can dry many raw materials like sugarcane waste, rice husk, saw dust and other agricultural waste.

Cutter • As the name suggest that cutter machine is used to cut the raw material size is above 25mm. • If raw material size is above 25mm than we need to cut the raw material first so cutter machine through we can cut the raw material in small pieces and convert it into small pieces. • Our cutter machine is designed with excellent technology and very easy to operate. Briquette Manufacturing Process • When More Then One Material Is Used, Make Sure That They Are Mixed In Suitable Proportion. • Material Like Saw Dust, Ground Nut Shells, Castor Seed Shells And All Another Raw Material Up To 25mm Size Are Supplied To The Screw Conveyor. • Materials With Higher Moisture Content I.e. More Then 10-12% Needs To Be Dried In Sunlight. • Material From Conveyor Is Discharged With The Help Of Conveyor, Veram And Gear.

Continue... • Material In The Feeder Box Is Compressed By The Press, Forcing It Through Tapper Die Fitted In The Die Holder. • The Compression Raises The Temperature Of Material Which Results In Softening Of The Lignin, Inherent In Every Biomass. This Lignin Comes To The Surface And Binds The Materials Together. • Briquettes Formed Are In The Shape Of Logs Which Are Pushed Through Cooling Tracks Under Slight Pressure For Cooling And Transport Storage Point.
