Use Case Scalability struggle: Current accounting and operations weren’t keeping pace with the business’s growth, necessitating a robust ERP system. Salesforce incompatibility: Integration challenges with Salesforce Order Management and Order Orchestration systems existed. Mergers and integration: Frequent mergers and acquisitions required a scalable system to absorb new entities seamlessly.
