Listen First – World Drug Campaign 2017 #togetherfarther GOAL The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness about listening to children and young people as the first step to help them grow up healthy and safe. 5
Listen First – World Drug Campaign 2017 #togetherfarther TARGET This effort is aimed at parents, teachers, policy makers, health and prevention workers, highlighting how to recognize and prevent, high-risk behaviors and substance abuse. 6
Listen First – World Drug Campaign 2017 #togetherfarther STRATEGY Through an image accompanied by messages, the target is invited to follow a series of recommendations on prevention, as well as to share messages with third parties through their channels, facilitating their access to the graphic material and related content. 7
Listen First – World Drug Campaign 2017 #togetherfarther CREATIVE CONCEPT Central message of the campaign: "Listen to children and young people with empathy and care can help prevent risk behaviors and drug use" Each country selected one or more target audiences: decision makers, parents, teachers and health workers. Once the target has been selected, each country had to search and select for an image / photo and write a text / story / situation adapting the message to the target selected to be used in their country to spread the campaign. 8
