Has a network that shares a common corporate culture and also management standards procedures, Dianova is a learning organization in which are envolved more than 500 employees in 12 countries of Europe, South and North America, focused in delivering a variety of solutions on drug abuse risk behaviour prevention, health promotion & education, drug treatment and social reintegration client-oriented that have benefited 4.471 people in 2007. Since 2005, Dianova Portugal has undertake a complex, unique but beneficial process: the implementation and management of a Certified Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 in its Therapeutic Community Quinta das Lapas. It is the single drug treatment centre in Portugal, and one of few internationally, with this label of effectiveness, recognized nationally and abroad. It has been renewed for a 3 year new period 2008-2011. As a member of Dianova's network, has Special Consultative Status at the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC/UN) for the Youth, Education and Drug Addiction areas.
