We can create a variety of shapes for the rigid boxes that are ideal for protecting delicate jewellery. You can also add an exclusive and elegant touch to your jewellery by choosing from our wide range of finishes — velvet, leather, foil printing, or suede. We have the ability to design and manufacture a box that will suit your needs and budget. Rigid Jewellery Box Styles : Packaging Options For Top bottom Rigid box, Magnetic Hinge style Box,Neck and Shoulder Box, Trunk Box with Handle, Drawer Style Rigid Box, Book Style Rigid Box, Clamshell rigid box, Telescopic Lid Rigid Box. Box Structure : Collapsible or Non-Collapsible.

  2. Type of Fitments : Eva Foam, Satin Cloth, Velvet Cloth, Corrugated fitments, Rigid board Fitment, Injection Moulded fitment, FBB Board Fitment. Special Effects : Debossing, Embossing, Spot UV, Metal Stickers, Foil stamping, Screen Printing, Laser cutting, Metal Plate with laser etched details. Handles / Accessories : Leather Handles, Rope, Ribbons, Locks, Jute Rope, Nylon Ropes, Die punched Handles amongst other options. Lamination Types : Matte, Gloss, Velvet, Sparkle & Holographic. Covering Materials Options : Art Paper, Kraft Paper, Jute, Ikat Cloth, PU Leather, PVC, Recycled Paper, Handmade paper. Quality Check : 100% QC is done before final delivery. We also have dedicated QC members for Inward QC, In-process and Finished good QC of the Rigid boxes. Speciality Paper Mills We Work With : Fedrogini, Favini, Shiro Japan, Cordenons, Neenah, Hansol, ArjoWiggins. Board Used : Smurfit Kappa, Kappa board from Certified Indian board manufacturers. Thickness varies from 1 mm to 3.5 mm depending on application. We also make rigid boxes with MDF in case additional stability is required. Sampling / Prototyping : With the help of the in-house sample cutting tables, in-house UV, foiling capabilities we are able to make precise samples for our customers. Timelines : Quote – 12 to 36 Hours depending on complexity of the project

  3. Sample – 2 to 4 days Production – 500 to 5,000 a day, depending on the detailing in each project. Packaging : Export Grade Corrugated Packing with Angle Boards (When and where necessary) with Shrink wrapping. In certain cases, we also use MDF for making the outer packaging. MOQ : MOQ as low as 50 Boxes.
