The latest-generation iPhones might still be in the process of rolling out around the world but reports are already coming in ...

What does this mean for the Android-Apple competition? Android devices have been using OLED technology, curved glass, and larger displays for some time now. If Apple jumps on the bandwagon, will they overtake their competition and destroy Android? Not necessarily.
The concept design greatly differs from an earlier iPhone Air concept that surfaced, featuring an all-new design with a iPad Air-like body tapered to the bottom and new customizable colors.
iPhone 6 is going to be lighter. "Lighter and thinner" seems to be the motto for Apple at the moment, so it seems likely that the iPhone 6 will follow the trend, leading to this concept being called 'iPhone Air' in line with the latest iPad release.
The curved display may not sound like a game changer for Apple, but it may very well be. For one thing, they would most likely be swapping out their current LCD display technology for OLED, a much more advanced display tech
Apple may have just released a new device, but they’re not waiting long before jumping headfirst into their next project. Bloomberg reports that the company has several iPhone models in development that focus on larger screens with curved displays, most likely ready for release sometime in 2014.
The new display tech inside 2014’s iPhone handsets will also feature best-in-class touchscreen technology, according to the report. The iPhone 6 has also been linked with curved OLED displays, although whether we’ll see this type of device next year is another thing entirely –– the tech is very new and Apple doesn’t move particularly fast with stuff like this.
The latest iPhone 6 concept art, which has been created by designers Martin Hajek and Steve Hemmerstoffer and has no affiliation with Apple’s official plans, shows a handset which has traded in a physical home button in favour of a larger, almost edge-to-edge screen.
The latest iPhone 6 rumored specs include an HD Retina display, a sapphire glass concept and the recent addition of a curved design.
This new concept is a bit different than the first iPhone 6 concept that’s based on the iPad Air, although naturally it does bear some similarities. It comes from Ciccarese Design, and one of the biggest differences is what the designer calls a “HANDeBand SLIDE Band” attached to the back of the device.
The idea of the iPhone 6 expanding is still difficult to come to terms with for the simple fact that Apple has, in the past, argued until its blue in the face that 3.5-4-inches is the optimum size for easy operation. Previously Apple managed to make the jump from 3.5-inches to 4-inches with little fuss, but that’s only a boost of 0.5-inches. Moving from 4-inches to phablet-sized displays is another thing entirely.
Arguably the most-expected upgrade for the iPhone 6 is a bigger screen. Many people can’t get past their desire to see one with a bigger screen, and there is no denying that there is a growing base of consumers who want a bigger phone.
We won’t be too surprised if the iPhone 6 comes packed with a new version of iOS, the iOS 8. Although these are just speculations, if Apple releases the iOS 8 around September or October next year, there are full chances for the iPhone 6 to come loaded with the iOS 8.
The screen will have a more advanced sensor so the touch will be smooth and better. The advanced sensor will improve the overall sensitivity of the touch. The old LCD screen technology of Apple is taking a shift to the new OLED screens.
