  2. Frequent roof inspections are essential for exterior maintenance in order to avoid structural issues and water damage. The gutters and downspouts should also be cleaned to ensure proper drainage. The exterior siding should be checked for wear, rot, or damage, and any such issues should be repaired or replaced to maintain structural integrity and curb appeal. Maintaining the lawn, trimming bushes and trees, and removing weeds is part of the landscaping requirements. Keeping vegetation away from the foundation prevents moisture build-up and pests.

  3. Plumbing fixtures should also be checked for leaks, drips, or water stains and repaired promptly to prevent water damage and mold growth. Outlets, switches, and wiring should be inspected for damage or wear and repaired by a qualified electrician if necessary. Cracks and openings should be sealed to keep pests out, and smoke detectors and fire extinguishers should be placed in the best locations and tested frequently.

  4. For spring cleaning, decluttering, deep cleaning, and organizing the suite are necessary while the exterior should be inspected for winter damage.
