  2. What is Convention collective ? A collective agreement. Signed between employee and empoyer of organization. Agreement is signed to improve employment condition of worker of organization.

  3. The application of the collective law depends on the main activity of company. This collective agreement governs the relation between employee and employer. It protects employee from getting exploited.

  4. Advantages of Convention collectives. Agreement depends on employee working condition. It includes sick leaves, incentives, notice period etc.. Many times it is valid at local level.

  5. Convention Collective National A national collective agreement. It is concluded for an indefinite period. This collective agreement is for undocumented migrants.

  6. Undocumented migrants are those without a residence permit authorising them to stay for long in their destination country. This agreement authorizes them of Right to organization, Right to organize and many more.
