  1. PEDIATRIC CARDIAC SURGERY IN INDIA Pediatric heart surgery covers all congenital diseases of infants and children.   2. INTRODUCTION Pediatric heart surgery is a congenital heart condition that may affect circulation in a negative pattern. Various situations are involved in Cardiac heart diseases, but they are involved from an early age or birth. Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) Repair is a rare condition that accounts for 30% of all congenital heart defects. The surgery involves Closing the hole between the ventricles using a patch. Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) Repair:  ASD accounts for 7% of all congenital heart diseases. Surgery is performed by Closing the hole between the atria using a patch or sutures. Tetralogy of Fallot Repair: There is a 3.5% chance of having this disease from birth. The surgery involves repairing the hole between the ventricles, relieving the pulmonary stenosis, and correcting the position of the aorta.

Coarctation of the Aorta:Coarctation of the aorta is a condition in which the narrowing of the aorta restricts blood flow to the lower part of the body. In this situation, the inferior vena cava has low blood circulation, and the lower extremities are very weak.
