DDA K1 Zo DDA K1 Zone: Carryi ne: Carrying the Le ng the Legacy gacy As per the DDA K1 Zone topography, there have been many gentle slopes found closer to the Najafgarh Drain which have resulted from the flow of natural storm surrounding the areas of Mundka, Rohtak Railway Line, Ranhola (Safipur), Nilothi, Bakkarwala, and various other villages which are built on the grounds of unauthenticated colonies. The zone under DelhiLand Pooling Policy is spread over an area of 6515 hectares comprising of approximately 2883 hectares which are unauthorized sector consisting of residential, industrial and commercial units. The total population covers up of 5 lakh people as per the 2001 census report and have 180 unauthenticated colonies in the zone.
