Meet the experience and education requirements for eligibility to take and pass the licensing examination; Examination for water operator grades I - V is based on relevant subject-matter corresponding to the grade of Water Operator license requested. Grade VI license examination includes both a hands-on practical examination and written examination on relevant subject material. 2.
