HOW DOES A LOUVRED PATIO ROOF WORK? • When installing a louvred roof, we’ll first install posts to provide a framework – or we can retrofit a louvred opening roof to your existing patio beams. Louvres will then be attached to beams in a track system, running perpendicular to cover your outdoor space. This track system is controlled by a small motor that is positioned atop one of the beams. When activated, the tracks move backwards or forwards to open and close your roof.
