Remedy # 3 Mix 200 g of each of the herbs - camomile (Matricariachamomilla), peppermint (Mentapiperita), common nettle (Urticadioica). Add 6 tbsp. of the herbal mixture into 1 l of boiling water. Remedy # 4 Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 5 leaves of rose geranium (Pelargonium roseum). After the infusion cools down, strain it and drink it all, before dinner, slowly, in small sips. Remedy # 5 Make a mixture from 100 g of valerian (Valerianaofficinalis), 30 g of common thyme (Thymus vulgaris) and 30 g of linden (Tiliacordata Mill.).
