  1. One of the outcomes of the youth exchange - Powerful Pillars of Entrepreneurial Success in Katowice. The 36 participants in this YE were split up into 6 functional business groups. During the youth exchange, the primary responsibility of each team was to create original ideas and advertise them properly. We are thus pleased to present to you the outcomes of the work of these talented and driven young people from our project.

  12. WHICH SERVICE DO WE OFFER? WHICH SERVICE DO WE OFFER? WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER AN ACCESSIBLE SERVICE FOR EVERYONE. WE HAVE THOUGHT OF A WEB SITE WHERE YOU CAN LISTEN TO AUDIOBOOKS IN MANY LANGUAGES

  14. WHAT MAKES OUR SERVICE SPECIAL? WHAT MAKES OUR SERVICE SPECIAL? WE KNOW THAT MANY TIMES YOU CAN’T USE YOUR INTERNET, FOR EXAMPLE ON THE PLANE. THAT’S WHY OUR WEB SITE ALLOWS YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE AUDIOBOOK IN YOUR LANGUAGE AND YOU CAN HEAR THAT ALSO OFFLINE.

One way to overcome it, is to create a subscription based product, so that we can have a stable revenue

SWOT ANALYSIS STRENGTHS -Specific market segmentation: the audience is the young people that use to frequent clubs and festivals. -Adaptability to trends: we can adapt our products to different trends by changing the packaging and creating limited edition lines of products for collaborations with other brands. -Free publicity and integrated marketing: our restaurants will be inside well-known clubs, so we can reach a big audience only through the selection of the various locations.

SWOT ANALYSIS WEAKNESS -Time for preparation and queue: we are thinking about using a specific organization for making the process of cocking and preparing the food faster, also we are thinking about hiring some hostesses that will intratein the clients with interactive games about the brand. -Littering of gargabe in the club: specific elettronic containers.
