The financial consultant to large infrastructure projects that are many times valued well into the hundreds of millions. The former Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Project Finance S.A

  3. Project Management Fabio Mendez is an international business executive who knows well project finance, project management, and coordination. The senior finance executive has been involved in large infrastructure projects in various countries throughout South America. Fabio Mendez was a Senior Financial Advisor of National Institute of Concessions in Colombia. Later he was promoted to General Director where he supervised the approval process of numerous highway and road projects, maritime ports, and rail projects.

  4. Financial Overseer Fabio Mendez served as the Structuring Vice President and Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Project Finance S.A., a company that he co-founded in Bogota, Colombia. He oversaw for the organization all of the financial segments and supported the involvement on a large list of building operating and transport (BOT) concession projects and Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Fabio Mendez managed groups of people and monitored the projects’ structuring and initial budgets.
