On staff we have seven licensed funeral directors, two licensed embalmers, one apprentice embalmer, and three preneed insurance agents. Together we have personalized the needs and funeral services for hundreds of families, giving us a vast amount of knowledge to serve our customers.

4. Our Mission • Regardless of the type of service families choose, there may be merchandise required. We are not salesmen, but we do offer families a variety of merchandise to help provide a lasting tribute for their loved one. Families may bring in merchandise from other sources and we happily will use those items as requested at no additional cost. • We strive to exceed the expectations of the families we serve and build long-term relationships based on honesty, integrity, compassion, respect, and dedication to doing what is right and good for every family we serve. We treat everyone as though they were a member of our family. • We will constantly update our website with information for families to use regardless of the funeral home they choose. We want everyone to have as much knowledge about the funeral industry as possibly to assist them in making wise decisions.

5. Areas we service We serve families in Northeast Arkansas, Southeast Missouri and Western Tennessee. We realize you may not want to travel to Manila, Arkansas to make arrangements so we will come to you in your home or any place of your choice. Many times families think there will be extra charges because we will travel to your home town several times but this is not the case. Our prices take into consideration the travel that may be required.
