From the vine to the glass • Didier Chiarami, Château Meyre’s Technical Director, has been with the property for over 16 years • We take care of our vines and practice green harvesting and organic pesticide control since 1994 • Four varietals for our Haut- Médoc blend: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot • Terroir: Sandy gravely & Calcium sub soil • Eric Boissenot, is our consulting oenologist he also consults for Grand Cru Châteaux such as, Ch.
