CCR & ORCA To register for CCR visit: www.ccr.gov While registering for CCR you will need: DUNS number Tax ID Number (TIN) and Taxpayer Name Statistical Info on your company Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Information for payment of invoices To register for ORCA visit: http://orca.bpn.gov/ While registering for ORCA you will need: DUNS Number MPIN (from your CCR)

Defense Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) To register for DIBBS visit: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ While registering with DIBBS you will need your CAGE Code, FSC Codes, and contact e-mail addresses. All other information will be pulled directly off of your CCR Registration. DIBBS will e-mail a temporary password to you When you log in with your temporary password, it will prompt you to create a new password

    11. Collaboration Folder (C-Folder) Must wait one hour after signing into DIBBS to sign in This is where all of the technical drawings are kept Will use the same temporary password that DIBBS e-mails you, and upon signing in the first time, you will be prompted to change it. Not necessary to sign in from link on front page, when you click on technical documents, you will then be prompted to sign in

    14. ImageR (Drawing Viewer) To download, visit: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/ ImageR is used to open drawings from DIBBS, so you can see all of the measurements on the part you are looking to bid on. Follow the next few slides to download and install the drawing viewer.

Automated Best Value System (ABVS) Vendor's past 24 month performance data translated into a numeric score Contracting officer then uses the score as an additional evaluation factor when making best value award decisions Perfect Score is 100 No past performance is not looked upon as good or bad

    23. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Passive RFID tagging is required in all contracts that contain DFARS clause 252.211-7006. Contractors must check the solicitation and/or contract for this clause. RFID – a technology or system for capturing data about material items, shipments, etc. Passive RFID tags at the case and palletized unit load The type of commodities affected by the DoD RFID initiative is based on the Classes of Supply, which have been further categorized by Federal Supply Classification (FSC):

The U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) You need to register for JCP to be able to view critical, defense related drawings To register, fill out the 3 page form (DD Form 2345) provided and send in to: U.S Canada Joint Certification Office Defense Logistics Information Service Federal Center, 74 Washington Ave., North Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084

    26. Defense Supply Center – Columbus The DSCC holds vendor training seminars 5 times a year. During this event you can actually meet people at the DSCC and talk to the people who run this system.
