  1. The Workout Creator With the Workout Creator you can create different types of workouts: Tabata: lap-based with or without rest AMReps: as many repetitions as possible ... Let's take a look at the process. First: Exercise Creator Before creating a new workout, you need to use Exercise Creator to create all the exercises you need in your new workout. Around 60 exercises are already available as predefined exercises in the Fit-Q app. So please check if the exercise you need is already in the list of exercises. If not, tap the floating "+" button at the bottom right, name the new exercise and set it: Repetitions or Time (based) Repetitions or Distance (based) Time (based) For example, all "Hold" exercises like Wall Sit or Plank are "Time" based, most bodyweight exercises like Burpees or Squats are "Repetitions or Time" based, but some like Lunge Walk are "Repetitions or Distance" based. Think about it. After you have created all the additional exercises for your workout, you can move on to the next step, Workout Creator.

  2. Second: Workout Creator In the workout list, click the floating "+" button at the bottom right to add a new workout. First, you'll need a name for your workout. Then click the "+" button again to add a lap or a rest or an exercise. Think about the rounds before you create them. If you can arrange all exercises in rows or if something will repeat, use rounds. In the case of rounds, specify how many rounds you want and add the exercises or rests in the round creator. If you add an exercise to a round or directly to the workout, you need to set the number of repetitions or should the exercise be performed by timecap. In any case, you can rearrange the exercises after creating them. And you can edit a workout at any time by swiping left in the list of workouts. Small note: If you create a rest as the last exercise in a turn-based workout, the last rest will always not be executed when you complete the workout. What may read like a complex process here should be done in a short time if you've done it two or three times. Then you should be able to quickly create any type of workout that comes to mind. Give it a try. Share workouts If you've created a cool workout and want to share that workout with your friends or athletes, just swipe left in the workout list and use the share button to send that workout via email or Whatsapp or another app. A link to the workout will be sent to the people. When the recipient clicks on it, the workout will be imported to her/his workout list and your friend can start working out right away. Invite to competitions Once defined, you can also invite your friends to competitions with this workout. This way all athletes start at the same time with the same workout. To do this, create a battle/competition and invite your friends. We will describe how to do this in the next blog entry.
