Theteam'sopposition Sometimestheteamisn'tallowedtohelpmakedecisions,sothey becomeinactivetoolsthatcan'tactontheirown.Theteamcanfight againstthiskindofleadership,andit'sboring. TheBottom Line Whenwethinkaboutalltheprosandcons,wecansaythatleadership isn'teasy.Onlysomepeoplecanbealeader.Tobeagood one,you mustevaluateyourworkandthatofyourteamalmostallthetimeto ensureyouarebothdoingwell.
