Fr Enel Almeus is a Roman Catholic Priest, who believes that setting boundaries in a non-manipulative way is necessary, in order to enjoy the success of living in a healthy relationship with others. He has always been taught to set boundaries while dealing with peers and siblings. Besides, setting personal boundaries helps him to be in contact with himself and to be friends with his own self. Fr Enel Almeus completed his six year High School in Haiti. Prior to this, he also pursued his primary education in Haiti. After graduating, he went to the Seminary to become a Religious Priest. He holds a certificate in philosophy (2 years: 1995-1997) and a Baccalaureate in theology (4 years: 1998-2002) from the Seminary of Notre Dame of Cazeau and CIFOR in Haiti. In addition to this, he studied English at ESL in Houston in Texas in 2002, and also holds a certificate in Counseling from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad). He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. John’s University in New York. Qualification
A Roman Catholic Priest, Fr Enel Almeus has always been taught to be obedient and respectful to all the elders in his family, neighborhood, as well as to the society at large. In addition to this, he believes in complying with the rules first and then negotiating, which has helped him to have morality in his life, especially in the way he conducts his professional life. Fr Enel has worked with the youth in the remote area of Haiti, the Caribbean, as well as the Latinos in the Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Manhattan. Obeys And Respects Elders
In addition to studying, whenever Fr Enel Almeus gets some free time, he enjoys playing soccer and tennis. Apart from this, he also loves to spend time with people and is always ready to help the needy. He has positive approach towards people and the community as a whole, and thus, cooperates and contributes towards the community, with an aim to build a bright and meaningful future. Fr Enel Almeus believes in hat Alfred Adler called Social Interest and Community feeling. He is a keen humanitarian, and is committed to helping the underprivileged. When he was young, he and his friends sacrificed their little pocket money, in order to pay the tuition fees for children in Haiti, whose parents could not send them to school. At present, he is an active member of a non-profit organization called TADI (Work Together for the Development of Irois), and contributes financially and morally to this organization.
